HART Electronic Start Pistol — Official Athletics & Swimming Starter

The HART Electronic Start Pistol is a professional-grade starting device for athletics and aquatic events, offering three distinct tone options to suit different sports and officiating scenarios. Designed for use with an amplifier, it delivers clear, consistent audio signals audible across large venues and outdoor tracks.

Three Tone Modes

  • Simulated gun sound — standard for athletics and track events
  • Electronic beep — used in competitive swimming
  • Traditional whistle tone — ideal for general sporting and coaching use

High Visibility Signalling A high-visibility LED light on the front of the pistol is visible from up to 100 metres, ensuring athletes can clearly see the start signal even in bright outdoor conditions.

Compatibility Connects via included cord to the HART Waist Amplifier (2-545), HART Coach Portable PA System (2-546), or any standard amplifier socket. Note: the pistol does not project sound without an amplifier — amplifier sold separately.
