About Warrior Sports

Warrior Sports Group is a sports equipment and apparel supplier for clubs and schools across Sydney, working as a direct-to-club concierge service — we source, customise, and manage delivery of jerseys, training equipment, merchandise, and ground equipment so committees don't have to chase multiple suppliers themselves.

Why we started

I spent nearly a decade on junior rugby committees — running sponsorship, merchandise, the website, and anything else that needed doing. Despite being one of the larger junior rugby clubs in Sydney, we struggled to get discounts, rarely saw any real value-add, and dealt with delays and mistakes as a matter of course. Most club volunteers do this for the love of the game, on their own time, while the money changing hands is significant—and our suppliers weren't stepping up to match that effort.

That experience is why I launched Warrior Sports Group.

What we do

Warrior Sports is both a sports manufacturer and a reseller — a genuine one-stop solution for clubs and schools. We manufacture our own equipment range and also work directly with major suppliers including Hart Sport, Morgan Sports, Impact Rugby and Enforcer. This gives clubs access to a complete range of trusted brands through a single point of contact instead of chasing separate suppliers for each product category.

Part of our model is to try and pass part of our margin back to the clubs and schools we work with. Where possible, we offer direct-to-club pricing so committees save money as well as time.

• Sourcing: Training and Match Balls, tackle mats, marquees, lineout blocks, merchandise, scrum machines, and post pads — one supplier for the range
• Manufacturer and reseller: Our own manufactured apparel and equipment, plus Hart Sport, Enforcer, and other trusted brands under one roof
• Customisation: Club and sponsor branding arranged directly through us
• Logistics: We manage shipping and freight on your behalf
• Pricing: Direct-to-club rates where available, with margin passed back to clubs and schools instead of paying RRP
• Service: A named contact for every club, not a call centre queue

Diamond Sports — our dedicated apparel arm

Alongside equipment, our sister brand Diamond Sports (DSG) is a dedicated apparel arm for fully sublimated on-field and off-field kit — training gear, playing jerseys, hoodies, and club merchandise, custom-designed and printed rather than off-the-shelf. Diamond Sports is supported by a team in Sydney, with offices in Epping and Manly, so clubs get local service alongside the buying power of a dedicated apparel supplier.

Are you a manufacturer or a reseller? Both. Warrior Sports manufactures its own rugby balls, touch balls, netballs, lineout blocks, and equipment range, and also resells major supplier brands including Hart Sport, Morgan Sports, Impact Rugby and Enforcer— giving clubs a genuine one-stop solution rather than needing separate suppliers for different product categories.

How does the direct-to-club pricing work? Part of our model is to try to pass margin back to the clubs and schools we work with or provide additional value-add or financial support.- so committees get the benefit of both convenience and savings.
