Designed to simulate real match scenarios, the square tackle bag is driven to ground before players must immediately release, spring back to their feet, and locate the ball. Once identified, the player executes a strong ripping motion to complete the turnover drill — reinforcing speed to feet, body position, grip strength, and breakdown power.
