It includes 8 pairs of Lift Em blocks in the colour and size of your choice, plus a team bag to keep them together. The blocks are taped to the legs of the player being lifted, which gives the lifters a firm, comfortable grip to lift and support the jumper during games. They're made from soft performance foam that moulds to the leg, they wash clean in warm soapy water, and they can be reused game after game.
